Eating like an Inca
We ate some amazing food while in Peru: ceviche, quinoa salads, lots of fresh fish and seafood, and exotic fruit smoothies in the morning and afternoons. Of course, everything tastes even better after a long day at the beach followed by an stunning sunset. Take me back! :))

Scandinavia goes below the equator
POP!
Popupshop makes the most amazing organic cotton swim suits. I picked this silk screened number up at the tail end of last years season, and although it's still a little big (notice the bag clip remedy-haha), it is so comfortable, and the cut is age appropriate (so hard to find!). You will be seeing more of these in the months to come! :)) And YES, they do make women's clothing!

Finger in the Nose
I bought this adorable suit by the French rock n' roll brand Finger in the Nose for Olive last year from a fantastic e-store called Scandinavian Minimall. I decide to throw it in her suitcase last minute not expecting it to fit, but alas, it did! Hooray! Unfortunately, Finger in the Nose doesn't make this exact suit anymore, so we will stretch it till it stretches no more. ;)
Waking up in Peru
Olive and I just got back from a 2 week trip to the coast of Peru. It was more beautiful than I could have imagined, and Olive got right to work as soon as we arrived. ;) LOTS more pics of our trip to come, including Olive wearing many of my favorite kid's brands like this Bonpoint blouse, these Anais and I shorts, and Saltwater Sandals.

Snowbirds
SURPRISE! Tomorrow, Olive and I are heading to Peru to spend two weeks hanging out at the beach with our good friends, Michael, and Melisa (and kids)! :) So glad I thought ahead and got O's suits at the end of last season-- how could I resist? :) The one piece is from organic company, Popupshop, and the two piece is Italian company, Album di Famiglia. Both are edgy and artsy, yet incredibly sweet-- just like Olive. ;)
