A Mid May Visit to Vermont

Spring in Vermont is such a happy time. Everything is buzzing and alive after such a long long cold winter. We spent lots of time with my childhood friend's daughters, Lulu and Lily, who live on the cutest little homestead out in the middle of nowhere. :) They schooled Olive on all the most important things in life: chicken wrangling, tea parties and planting a garden.
1. Juniper, the barn cat 2. Vintage finds 3. View from our land 4. Freshly picked dandelion greens 5. First dip of the year 6. Roadside flowers 7. Dress up with Lily 8. Pause 9. Little birds 10. Chicken Wrangler 11. Evening walk 12. Garden lettuce 13. Putting the chickens "to bed" on trikes 14. Country breakfast (our eggs) 15. Rainy walk to town 16. Olive's apple "for the birds" 17. Compost for the garden 18. Dinning outside at my Aunt's farm 19. Carrot juice tea party with Lulu
